Olivia Hadjerioua

Olivia Hadjerioua

Executive Director

Olivia Hadjerioua serves as Executive Director for Dallas Detox Center and Fort Worth Wellness Center, where she oversees daily operations across both Texas facilities while supporting initiatives centered on quality care, team development, and client success. Originally from Tennessee, Olivia brings a compassionate, people-centered approach to leadership rooted in her clinical background as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

With experience working across all levels of care, she is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health and substance use recovery with dignity, support, and hope. In her leadership role, Olivia is committed to fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence while creating an environment where both clients and staff can thrive.

Her dedication to operational excellence and individualized care continues to support the growth and mission of both Dallas Detox Center and Fort Worth Wellness Center.

Deborah Wade

Deborah Wade, BSN, RN

Director of Nursing

Deborah has been a dedicated member of the Dallas Detox Center team for the past three years. With a strong passion for client care and recovery, Deborah plays a vital role in medically supporting clients through the detoxification process. She also manages client care at the Residential Treatment Center (RTC) level of care and provides leadership and oversight to the nursing staff.

Her compassionate approach and clinical expertise help ensure a safe, supportive environment for clients at every stage of their recovery journey.

Joshua Leder

Joshua Leder

Director of Operations

Joshua Leder serves as Director of Operations for the Texas facilities under Quadrant Health Group, where he oversees daily operations and supports the continued growth and development of the organization’s behavioral health programs across the state. Originally born in Colorado and raised primarily in Texas, Joshua brings both personal passion and professional dedication to his role.

As a proud father of two children, he values family, purpose, and creating a positive impact in the lives of others. Joshua is deeply committed to helping individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives while encouraging hope, healing, and personal growth. Guided by compassion, understanding, and faith, he strives to support others in recognizing that lasting change and recovery are possible.

Drawing from his own experiences and journey, Joshua is passionate about inspiring those around him through strength, empathy, and service to others.

Haley Wadlington

Haley Wadlington

Director of Client Care

Haley Wadlington serves as the Director of Client Care, where she is dedicated to ensuring that each client receives compassionate, individualized, and consistent support throughout their treatment experience. In her role, Haley helps oversee client care coordination, discharge planning, family communication, and ongoing support services to help clients feel seen, heard, and guided during a vulnerable time in their lives.

Haley is passionate about creating a client-centered environment built on dignity, accountability, and meaningful connection. She works closely with clients, families, and the clinical team to help identify needs, reduce barriers, and support a smooth transition into the next appropriate level of care. Her approach emphasizes advocacy, clear communication, and practical support, ensuring that clients are not only cared for during treatment but also prepared for continued success after discharge.

With a strong commitment to ethical care and trauma-informed support, Haley strives to make every client interaction purposeful, respectful, and rooted in hope. Her goal is to help clients and their loved ones feel supported, informed, and empowered as they move forward in their recovery journey.

Corney Best

Corney Best, M.C.J., LCDC

Clinical Director

Corney Best is the Clinical Director at Fort Worth Wellness Center, where she leads the clinical team in providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. She is committed to creating a supportive, client-centered environment that promotes healing, personal growth, and long-term recovery.

Corney earned her Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and her Master's degree from Tarleton State University. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and has extensive experience working with individuals and families affected by addiction. Her clinical approach emphasizes individualized treatment, trauma-informed care, accountability, and the development of practical skills that support lasting recovery.

As Clinical Director, Corney oversees all clinical programming, supervises the multidisciplinary treatment team, ensures compliance with state and accreditation standards, and works collaboratively with staff to maintain the highest quality of care. She is passionate about fostering a culture of clinical excellence while empowering clients to build meaningful, healthy lives in recovery.

Corney believes that recovery is possible for everyone and is dedicated to helping each client identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve lasting change through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Jacci Westbrook

Jacci Westbrook

Case Manager

Jacci Westbrook serves as a Case Manager at Fort Worth Wellness Center, where she is dedicated to helping individuals find hope, healing, and lasting recovery. Drawing from her own lived experience, Jacci brings authenticity, compassion, and understanding to every client interaction. Her personal journey allows her to build meaningful connections and provide encouragement and guidance to individuals as they navigate their treatment and recovery process.

As a Certified Peer Support Specialist, she is passionate about empowering others by meeting them where they are and helping them recognize their strengths. Jacci is proud to be part of the team at Fort Worth Wellness Center, where she works alongside compassionate professionals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional, individualized care.

She believes recovery is possible for everyone and is honored to support clients as they take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.

Krystal Moore

Krystal Moore

Case Manager

Krystal Moore is a Behavioral Health Case Manager at Fort Worth Wellness Center, where she is dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate their mental health and recovery journeys. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Krystal has built her career around serving communities experiencing behavioral health challenges with compassion, empathy, and advocacy.

She holds a Master of Social Work degree and brings experience as both a Community Health Worker and Behavioral Health Case Manager. Krystal is passionate about empowering clients, connecting them with meaningful resources, and helping them build the skills and support needed to achieve lasting wellness. She is committed to providing individualized care that promotes hope, resilience, and long-term success.
